Magnificent Town House
A magnificent town house with clean, modern lines, offering many features:

THE HOUSE

The Galleria is a modern design well-suited to almost any environment. The ground floor is almost completely open-plan, with an entrance hall, a large living room area with fireplace, a gallieried bay front and kitchen. Stairs to one side of the entrance hall lead to a balcony overlooking the bay front, and the two large, well-lit bedrooms. The master bedroom features a glass-fronted wall overlooking the balcony and bay of the house, and also a rear balcony above the the back patio area.


LIGHTING

The Galleria comes complete with full interior lighting and lighting controls with independent:

* lounge lights
* colourable kitchen spots
* Bedroom lights
* colourable back porch spots.


WINDOW TINTING / INDIRECT LIGHTING

The Galleria includes the i-Squared window tinting system: by day the windows are draped with lace curtains for a degree of privacy. But night, they are covered by hanging drapes, while subtle indirect lighting add an air of realism to the outside of the house. Windows can be switched between lace curtains and drapes at any time, simply by touching a window and making a menu selection (bedroom windows operate independently from the rest of the house).

* The front step and back porch can be adjusted up and down, depending on how well the house is settled into the ground.

* The following can be removed, if not required:
- The kitchen (36 prims)
- The fireplace (18 prims)
- The kitchen spot lights (7 prims)
